To Whom It May Concern:

At the end of April, 2007, I closed escrow on my condominium at 5880 Bowcroft Street, #3, in Los Angeles (in the Cameo Woods complex) and used Cindy Alcoset as our real estate agent.  I would like to say that we were very pleased with the work she did, which included opening the unit up to painters and carpet people and holding open houses every Sunday until we got a solid offer on the property.  She also checked out the competition (other units for sale) so we could judge what our unit was truly worth.  Her commission was very reasonable and she was always at her phone when I called with any concern or question.

Overall, it was a smooth experience and I would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their property.
